Choose rental at the standard price of €70 + VAT per month with €300 + VAT initial setup, or purchase a €1,450 + VAT package: kiosk, setup and the first year of software, which must be bought together. With purchase, you own the equipment, covered by a 2-year warranty, and renew the software at €250 + VAT per year. Rental equipment is returned when the rental ends.

Annual prepayment gives a 20% discount: €672 + VAT instead of €840. While the first-year offer for 30 new customers is available, the price is €50 + VAT/month or €480 + VAT with annual prepayment. Your place is secured by paying the setup fee. Initial setup of €300 + VAT is separate. Annual prepayment is non-refundable if you end the service early.

Change prices, availability and product details in your admin panel, or send your changes to DM SOFT by email, SMS, Viber or WhatsApp. Menu updates are completed within 24 hours, during working days and hours, after receiving complete information and clarifications. We need clear changes, correct prices and the required material or business approvals. Time does not count while these are outstanding. Extensive menu restructuring requires an agreed schedule. Initial setup is included in both plans. Subsequent updates by DM SOFT are included in rental and charged per request with purchase.

With purchase, you pay €1,519 online by card for equipment, setup and delivery, then €310 on activation for the first year of software, all including VAT. With rental, you receive payment instructions after we confirm your application. You pay the initial cost and each service period online by card through a personal link or by bank transfer. Your card is not charged automatically. The service period starts on actual activation.

For purchases, delivery within Greece costs €31 including VAT and is included in the initial €1,519 payment. Estimated delivery within Greece is 5 working days, subject to confirmed equipment availability, full initial payment and receipt of all required information and materials from your business. Missing information, pending clarifications or approvals and carrier delays will move the estimate. We will inform you of the outstanding issue and revised schedule. For rental: €300 + VAT covers remote menu and application setup. Delivery and technician visits are charged separately by agreement.

No. You pay monthly from activation, with a minimum rental term of 6 months. After that, you continue without a new six-month commitment. Prepaying 12 months is optional.

After six months, you can request cancellation before the next charge. Rental ends at the end of the service month already paid for. Submit the request through your personal page, where you can see the end date. Return the equipment to DM SOFT when the rental ends.

No. You obtain the payment device from your chosen bank. Its stand is charged separately. The kiosk's own stand is included in both plans.

The receipt is issued through a digital invoicing provider and can appear on the kiosk screen. The customer can view it on their phone using a QR code, request it by email or collect a printed copy at the till when picking up their order.

The store chooses one of three methods. With a buzzer, the customer takes one from the station, enters its number at the kiosk and waits for it to ring. With a cashier call, they enter their name at the kiosk and the cashier calls it when the order is ready. With an order status screen, they enter their name and follow it on the screen, collecting their order when it appears as ready. Order status screen software is included. A screen and buzzers are selected according to the pickup method, with an additional charge where required.

Only Kiosk works independently, without requiring a connection to another ordering system. Integrations are optional, with an additional charge where required and by agreement. If you want an integration, we first check compatibility with your software.
