You obtain the payment device from your chosen bank. Its stand is charged separately.

Only Kiosk works independently, without requiring a connection to another ordering system. Integrations with an ordering system are optional, with an additional charge where required and by agreement. Additional equipment is quoted separately where required. Any technician visit is charged separately. Subsequent menu updates by DM SOFT are charged per request. You can also change prices, availability and product details in your admin panel.

How menu updates work →

Equipment and software form one mandatory package. Enter your business details and pay €1,519 including VAT online by card: €1,488 for equipment and setup, plus €31 delivery. The €310 including VAT for the first year of software is paid when the system is activated. There are no automatic card charges.

Estimated delivery within Greece in 5 working days. Subject to confirmed equipment availability, full initial payment and receipt of all required information and materials from your business.

The usual ACS delivery estimate is 2 working days for preparation and 3 for transit, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The period starts once all the conditions above are met. If completed by 12:00 Greek time, processing starts that working day; otherwise, on the next working day.

Missing information, pending clarifications or approvals and carrier delays will move the estimate. We will inform you of the outstanding issue and revised schedule.

Activation is scheduled separately from delivery, once the menu, internet connection, remote setup access and agreed bank or third-party connections are ready. Outstanding business or provider requirements will move the schedule, with notification. Service charges start on actual activation.

If you need a bank transfer or are subject to special VAT treatment, contact us before paying.

Each annual payment covers 12 months of software from activation. The next annual period costs €310 including VAT. You can request non-renewal before the next period. The equipment remains yours.

Purchases are for businesses. If you cancel because you changed your mind, the initial payment is refunded in full only if no work has started and the equipment has not been dispatched. Once work starts or equipment is dispatched, there is no change-of-mind refund. Warranty and defective products are handled separately. To cancel, contact [email protected] with your order number.
